*** Don’t be fooled by the other Snowmass condos that were built in the 1970’s. They may be remodeled but still have thin walls, thin floors, old plumbing, heating, and a lot of stairs. No matter how much you remodel it, they don’t compare to these 2009 built luxury units. And the location to the kids ski school, lifts, shopping, and restaurants cannot be beat.
