I think I could generate around $60K+ per year renting this out because it is year around. If they do an exterior remodel in the future, they will try to do one that is consistent with the Monarch on the Park across the street, which would make the views and decks of this condo even better. As of now, they are not planning anything regarding remodels. This unit is turnkey and ready to go to rent out. The interior remodel was done very well with nice finishes. You can sit on the living room couch and see a perfect view of Aspen Mountain. In the summer you can open the back deck and the front sliding glass door and get an incredible breeze. Before the height of the market a comparable unit sold for $1.95M on the penthouse level of this complex. If you could get this for closer to $1M, I think it would definitely be worth looking at. But truthfully, nothing compares in Aspen even at list price.
